We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party platform changes or client inaction.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the agreed terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
Webofied reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.
